I just bought a new phone or changed phones. How do I continue listening to the podcast?

What to do if you've got a new phone or podcast app.

Your new smartphone podcast app needs the private feed from the member account before member-only episodes will appear. Here's how to set it up:

Set up the podcast on a new phone or app

  1. Go directly to your podcast feeds page: https://dahl.memberful.com/account/feeds

  2. Sign in with your member email if needed. You can choose the emailed sign-in link, which is the default option, or use a password if you have one set. If you do not remember your password, use the password reset link on the sign-in page.

  3. Find the instructions for your private Steve Dahl Podcast feed.

  4. Open your preferred podcast app and add the private feed.

  5. Refresh the app and look for the member-only episodes.

Note: Podcast apps and phone platforms are set up differently, so the exact buttons and menu names may vary a little depending on your device and app.

If you changed phones

  1. Reinstall or open your podcast app on the new phone.

  2. Sign in again through https://dahl.memberful.com/account/feeds. You can choose the emailed sign-in link, which is the default option, or use a password if you have one set. If you do not remember your password, use the password reset link on the sign-in page.

  3. Reconnect or re-add the private feed from the member dashboard.

  4. Refresh the app.
