Find out what to do when you see an unexpected charge, need a receipt, or wants to confirm the billing status of your membership.

For receipt or billing questions

  1. Go directly to your account page: https://dahl.memberful.com/account/

  2. Sign in to your account. You can choose the emailed sign-in link, which is the default option, or use a password if you have one set. If you do not remember your password, use the password reset link on the sign-in page.

  3. Check your subscription and orders sections.

  4. Find the date and amount of the charge or receipt you are asking about.

Updating credit cards or billing information

You can find instructions on how to update your credit card / payment method yourself from your account page.

What to include when contacting support

Contact support and include the account email, charge or receipt date, amount, and a short description of the question. If you are asking about a card, include only the last four digits if needed.

Important payment safety note

Do not email a full credit card number, expiration date, CVV, or other complete payment details.
