Apple TV
There are two ways to stream the Steve Dahl Podcast to your Apple TV.
When on the Now Playing screen in the Apple Podcasts app (on your phone), click on the middle button (Airplay icon) on the bottom of the screen. This will bring up a menu of available devices you can stream the podcast to. Select your Apple TV's name.
Open your Apple TV's dedicated Apple Podcasts app. All podcasts you have are subscribed to on your phone's Apple Podcasts app will be synced with the Apple TV podcasts app, as long as you are signed into your Apple ID account. Select the Steve Dahl Podcast to listen on your TV. Be sure that you are subscribed to the Steve Dahl Podcast podcast in Apple Podcasts on your phone in order for it to show in your Apple TV's Podcasts app.
Google Chromecast
In the Google Podcasts app (on your phone), click on the cast button on the top left hand corner of the screen. Next, select the TV or device (such as Chromecast) that you would like to which you would like to stream the Steve Dahl Podcast.
