Check your order status from your Member Dashboard

  1. If you were signed in to your Dahl account when placing your order, sign in to your Member Dashboard and visit the Store order history section.

  2. You'll see a list of recent orders where you can see your order status and receipt.

Refer to your order confirmation email

  1. If you weren't signed in to your account when placing your order, find your order confirmation email in your email inbox (search for the subject line "Your The Steve Dahl Podcast order has been received!").

  2. You should receive a tracking link once your order has shipped. Check the tracking link again after a little time has passed; some carriers take time to activate tracking. If tracking still does not work, contact support with your order number, item name, and shipping issue.

Damaged, wrong, or unclear items

Send the order number, a brief description of the problem, and a photo if the item is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
